The high school department held the first meeting of its Mentoring Program for newly hired employees on August 11, 2025, at the Conference Room. This initiative connects new staff with experienced mentors to guide their adjustment and professional growth in the school.
During the session, mentors and mentees discussed goals, benefits to the employer and the school, potential barriers, support needed, and indicators of progress. The exchange allowed new employees to clarify objectives while mentors offered strategies for overcoming challenges and maximizing success.
The program aims to strengthen teaching standards, foster collaboration, and promote a positive school culture. With clear goals and supportive partnerships, Manresa School looks forward to seeing its new hires thrive as integral members of the community. The meaningful activity was facilitated by Mrs. Fe Daphne Goitia and Sr. Nori Marquez, F.I. with the presence of Mr. Jojit Ledesma.
On August 5, the first high school mentee meeting was held in the Conference Room to orient new teachers and staff to the program. The mentees were asked to write their goals and expectations for the program and were asked to list their preferred mentors. Mrs. Fe Daphne Goitia facilitated a meaningful meeting that left the mentees feeling excited and hopeful as they began their journey as new members of the community.
