Pilgrimage to Antipolo: A Deepening of Faith, Love and Hope

On the sunny morning of October 12, members of the Manresa School partner community began their Pilgrimage to Antipolo City.

The pilgrims visited two beautiful and historical sites: the Nuestra Señora de la Anunciata and the International Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage (Our Lady of Antipolo). The day was dedicated to the renewal of faith, reflection and prayer. Following the Holy Mass in the Shrine, pilgrims shared intimate and sacred moments of silence, reflection, and prayer, whispering and expressing their personal intentions to Our Lady.

A quick stop at the marketplace allowed the group to buy religious items, native delicacies, and souvenirs before heading to Hinulugang Taktak for lunch, relaxation and sightseeing. The journey was filled with joy, generosity, and gratitude, strengthening the spirit of fraternity and community.

May this beautiful experience and the words of Pope Francis during the Jubilee Year, "through our witness, may hope spread to all those who anxiously seek it", live on in the minds and hearts of everyone as they continue to work and journey together with renewed faith and hope in their commitment to love and serve others
