Manresa School SHS Department Gears Up for PAASCU with Strategic Team Building at Kampo Ibayo

In a proactive effort to solidify readiness and foster departmental synergy, the Manresa School Senior High School (SHS) Department successfully conducted a two-day PAASCU-based Team Building Activity from June 19–20, 2026. Held at Kampo Ibayo in General Trias, Cavite, the overnight activity brought together faculty members for a series of strategic and collaborative exercises aimed at conquering the upcoming PAASCU accreditation visit.

With the upcoming PAASCU visit, the primary objective of the gathering was to streamline department-wide collaboration. Through targeted workshops and alignment sessions, educators reviewed their respective roles, responsibilities, and expected contributions. SHS teachers and staff members engaged in a variety of collaborative outdoor and indoor challenges designed to build trust, elevate communication, and strengthen mutual accountability. These activities boosted everyone's morale, turning a challenging accreditation prep into a teamwork experience. Sharing laughs and victories during the challenges truly united the department.

The two-day retreat ended with a reflection period where teachers recognized their special role in the department and their importance in keeping school standards high. The quiet nature at Kampo Ibayo was the perfect place for everyone to take true ownership of the accreditation process. By the end of the activity, the Manresa School SHS Department emerged not just as individual committees, but as a singular, unified, highly motivated, deeply committed, and fully prepared to showcase the school's high standards of quality education with a heart.
