Manresa School welcomes returning parents and guardians for MS Parents’ Orientation for SY 2026-2027
As a new academic year unfolds, Manresa School reaffirms its commitment to holistic Christian education by gathering returning parents and guardians for the Returning Parents’ Orientation for School Year 2026–2027.
The annual orientation for returning parents serves as a cornerstone for building a collaborative learning environment. Grounded in the teachings of Mother Foundress St. Candida Maria de Jesus, the event highlights the essential partnership between educators and families in guiding students toward academic and spiritual growth.
The orientation kicked off with a central gathering bring parents together to revisit Manresa School’s core Vision and Mission. Sr. Normida Marquez, F.I., Manresa School RCA, shared key updates on the latest educational programs of different departments designed to enrich the upcoming academic year.
Following the general assembly, parents transitioned into smaller, grade-level breakout sessions for direct engagement with their children's teachers. These intimate meetings gave parents a clearer picture of day-to-day campus life, covering essential topics such as:
-
Daily Classroom Schedules: Outlining routine expectations and learning blocks.
-
Updated Grading Policies: Clarifying changes in Assessments and Grading System (DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026)
-
Conduct Guidelines: Reaffirming behavioral expectations to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
