Inspiration at El Rosarillo; Manresa Youth Day

April 2, 1869, Mother Candida received the Inspiration before the Altar of the Holy Family, to establish the Congregation of the Hijas de Jesus at the El Rosarillo Church in Valladolid, Spain. We commemorated the event at Manresa School with a Eucharistic celebration, presided by Fr. Tito Rañola, which simultaneously opened the whole day Youth Assembly, from Grade four pupils to Grade twelve students.  The whole Gym vibrated with the voices of the children as they sang during the Mass.

The opening was the Youth Cross procession led by the student leaders. The assembly was highlighted by the talk on "A Call for the Youth to Become Active Members of the Church and Society. It was followed by Praise and worship on the different hours simultaneously with Hobby Hour where the students were grouped according to their desired activities,
