Cultivating Visionary Leaders: High School Department Launches A.C.E. Training for New Subject Area Coordinators
To empower the new servant leaders, the High School Department successfully conducted the A.C.E. Training: Induction Program for New Subject Area Coordinators from May 11–15, 2026. Facilitated by Mr. Eleazar Solas, the five-day training program was strategically designed to bridge the gap between classroom teaching and middle management. The initiative equipped the newly appointed coordinators with the technical skills, administrative knowledge, and leadership mindset required to lead their respective departments effectively.
Transitioning into a coordinator role means balancing the needs of school administration with the day-to-day realities of teaching faculty. A major focus of the week-long program was making these middle administrative duties clear and easy to understand.
Under Mr. Solas’s guidance, the participants studied essential school documents, standard procedures, and lesson plans. By learning how the school runs and how to manage a department, the new coordinators are now prepared to streamline workflows and maintain rigorous academic standards.
As the A.C.E. Training concluded, the new Subject Area Coordinators emerged not just as administrators, but as visionary leaders poised to inspire their teaching tracks both academically and personally. With a solid foundation built over this intensive week, the High School Department stands ready for a year of elevated academic excellence.
