Bridging the Generational Gap: Rex Publishing partners with Manresa School for a Leadership Session on Managing New Breed of Teachers and Workers

In response to a rapidly transforming academic environment, REX Publishing sponsored a specialized leadership session for school administrators, subject area coordinators, heads of offices and level OIC’s gathered today for a specialized seminar focusing on “How to Handle the New Breed of Teachers and Staff Leading the New Generation Workforce with Wisdom, Empathy, and Purpose.”

Participants included school administrators, subject area coordinators, heads of offices, and level Officers-in-Charge (OICs), all tasked with bridge-building between traditional institutional frameworks and the expectations of younger professionals. The seminar addressed 21st century workforce landscape that demands new leadership intelligence and adaptive management styles.

Serving as the resource speaker was Rev. Elvin Saburin, who emphasized that leading modern educators requires a distinct shift from rigid management to high-empathy guidance.

“To lead them effectively, our leadership must be anchored in deep empathy and clear vision, rather than mere authority”, Rev, Saburin noted during the session. The session aims to help Manresa School build stronger, more empathetic leadership that can successful inspire and retain the next generation of educators ensuring that the legacy of quality Christian education continues to thrive.
