Manresa School celebrated Educators’ Day on October 2, 2026, with a joyful and meaningful tribute to the teachers who inspire, guide, and nurture their students. Guided by the theme “For Every Lesson, For Every Guidance: Thank You, Educators,” the celebration highlighted the invaluable role of educators in shaping not only young minds but also the character and values of every Manresan.

The excitement began a day before the main celebration with the Mini Teachers activity, during which Grade 6 students stepped into the shoes of their teachers and experienced the responsibility of guiding and teaching their fellow students. This special activity helped them appreciate the patience, dedication, and hard work that educators demonstrate every day.

On the day of the celebration, students from all grade levels gathered at the Old Gym for a Holy Mass, offering prayers of gratitude for their teachers. The festivities continued with an exciting guessing game featuring the teachers’ baby pictures, challenging students to identify their beloved educators. The energy grew even higher during the lively Singing Bee, where teachers showcased their musical knowledge and brought fun and laughter to the occasion. Adding to the excitement, the Manresa School Grade School Student Government (MSGSB) announced the lucky winners of the much-awaited raffle.

Following the program, students returned to their respective classrooms for class activities and group photos, capturing memorable moments with their classmates and teachers.

Through the Mini Teachers activity and the day’s exciting festivities, the Manresan community expressed its heartfelt appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and service of its educators. More than just a celebration, Educators’ Day served as a reminder that behind every lesson learned and every achievement are teachers who generously share their knowledge, offer encouragement, and guide students toward a brighter future.

Happy Educators’ Day to our beloved Manresa teachers! Thank you for making every lesson meaningful and every student’s journey worthwhile.
